This is the first piece that I've done in months that I actually feel is true to my style. I think I've been trying and trying so hard to make my work perfect in the technical department that I really lost myself.
Anyway, I wanted to do an anti-drug drawing and I wanted to do a big hair drawing, so I think I managed to wrap the two into one, rofl.
India ink, digital color--the mono picture in the background is actually my bathroom sink, ha ha. I wasn't going to do a background like that, I originally drew the sink by hand, but it looked so crappy I ended up erasing that on the computer and putting the reference pic in as the background. *slap forehead*
Hey, he's got tattoos on his neck just like that annoying guy from Project Runway. Not that I watch that show.... *ehem* errr..... yeah......
Anyhoo, I'm sensing conflicting drug messages in your work. Maybe the guy from your morphine pic could duke-it-out with this guy to see if it's alright to take them.

This contest serves two purposes: Raising awareness about human trafficking and raising funds for the Not For Sale organization.
Open to all mediums. Deadline is March 10, 2010 @ 11:59pm PST.
